I'm considering building some prototypes for an equipment management type light that is relatively low intensity, has a long battery life and uses red or white leds.
What i have figured out so far in my head in the way of specifiactions is:
1. switchable between white and red light
2. surefire 6P sized or smaller
3. click on/click off tailcap switch
4. machined aluminum body
5. able to use used batteries from a surefire
what do you guys want in an equipment manggement light?
