Lyman accuracy loads are pretty decent guidelines.
I expect Lyman "accuracy loads" to be accurate if I happen to use the same length barrel, rate of twist, and bore diameter they used in their test. If my gun is not exactly the same, I expect to do some extra work.
My experience, Nosler's accuracy loads for rifle are generally very, very close to truly accurate loads. At least in 223 Rem, 7mm Mag, 270 Win, 300 Wby Mag, .30-'06 and 30-30.
