My turret is rock solid. Wish the one in my Lee turret was. But it don't effect my loads. So i guess lee has it all figured out. Yeah the priming system can be wonky. Mine improved as i used it. I no longer use the tube feed since i got my RCBS bench prime. I still use the lyman one for loading only a few rounds. I just place a primer in the cup on the ram.

I use it for developing loads and small runs. I prefer to do things in big batches. My Rock Chucker is so heavy duty it makes things effortless! Then my Lee App is so fast!

Mine is solid, no wobble. I have it set up for .38 and 9mm. The only thing I don't like is the primer tube won't always hold the primers when you're loading it up. Maybe I need a new tube, but I don't know where to order one.
I perfer hand primers tool to make sure it’s installed correctly, then the feel of the hand primer becomes a skill anyone can learn

My only question is the advantage of 8 stations over 4: I understand that it would be nice to set up a turret with two calibers, maybe one rifle and one pistol. But if you're only using, say 4 stations for one caliber, then you have to index it another 4 times to get back to the beginning for each round loaded.

Isn't this extra work over using a 4-station press with an extra turret for the other caliber?

I have 3 sets of rifle dies in each of my 2 turrets. The one turret also has my RCBS swage die in it. It's convenient to have them all set up ready to go. Same with my Lee classic cast turret. I have turrets set up for each pistol calibers i load. So no extra work having everything ready to go. You still need to check and make sure the dies did not get out of adjustment. It does happen.

I wish they made a 12 turret! then I can put 4 loads in there

My turret is solid. That nut was on extremely tight....took a breaker bar to get it loose so I could lube the detent ball and to see what it would take to swap turrets. I have a universal decapper, .300 BLK and .223 Rem sizing and seating dies, .300 BLK crimp die, and 9mm Seating and Taper crimp dies. My other turret is bare for now. It is a great press for general decapping, no so good at on the press priming. Not an issue now as I'm using the FA Perfect Prime for 95% or more of my priming. As others, I picked it up when they were cheaper, and used free to me Amazon gift cards to get the cost even lower. Wish I'd been able to grab the $147 deal, but I'd already had mine over a year at that time.
