I have a new to me lyman orange case trimmer. I noticed I could not set the zero or have it hold the setting on cases. I then noticed that the plastic bushing was moved out about 1/2 inch. I used the shaft and the setting as a hammer and tapped the bushing back in. After about 4 cases it was out about 1/4 inch again. I called Lyman and they said to send it back. She said they will replace it. Not sure if anyone else has had this issue. I was also told that they have fixed the problem.

I noticed that the trimmer head when pulled back from trimming is just the same size as the plastic sleeve. It taps lightly and will push out the bushing or sleeve. I put on a washer under the trimmer head so that it hits the body of the trimmer instead of the plastic sleeve. It seems to work.
