M&P holsters

I've spent the last 4 weeks trying to find a holster I like for the M&P 10mm that's on its way to me. I'm specifically trying to find a pack mount holster(I have a mystery ranch so that basically just means a molle mount). I settled on the blade-tech molle lok as the mounting system. I have found holsters I like but have noticed something. Some companies have the 10mm listed as its own pistol for holster sizing, some have it listed as 9/40 as one size and 10/45 as another, and some have 9/40/45 all together and don't mention 10. I have seen emails from smith saying that their 10 fits in any holster for their 45. So my question is this, will any holster for the 45 work for the 10 and more interestingly to me is will an M&P 9 holster fit the 10 because I already have one that I love that I can put molle lok on. Best case scenario here is does somebody have the guns to put a 10 in a 9 or 45 holster to give me a definitive answer.

Holy cow. All my googling and then I come here and the post right below mine is the same topic. Should have looked a bit more before I leapt. I don't see a delete option or I would.

The 10mm and .45 Auto versions of the M&P should be the same, provided you are comparing the same barrel lengths. Regardless of barrel lengths, they are bigger guns than the 9mm/.40 S&W versions.

I'd call Blade-Tech and ask them about their fit for your gun.
