M&P9 comparison question

Can someone explain to me the difference between these two models? Everything looks the same except for the MSRP:

edit: according to Buds, the 109994 has a Mag Safety, but the S&W website says no such thing. God, the S&W website is awful. There's always information missing.

The first one I believe has Novak night sights though S&W says they may or may not be optional, depending on how you read it.
