Hi all,
.....additional barreled receivers with serial numbers were to be built under the Winchester M1 Garand contracts which were not to count as contract rifles?

Hi all,
The answer is 6 barreled receivers for each 100 contract rifles made by Winchester. They were listed as "Spare Parts".
