I did note an almost total lack of addressing the gun issue in his posts. Not sure if he's avoiding it for some reason, or simply hasn't thought much about the issue.

Tell the great Maddox I said hello, I pretty much worship his writing. It would be awesome if you converted him, he could be a powerful voice for the 2A with his millions of readers.

No one is exaggerating. Each individual article this guy writes gets MILLIONS of hits.

I've read his stuff for years; his style is unique, and I agree with about 95% of his opinions.

He has a huge following, and would easily be in the top three most widely known "internet celebrities" ever.

If you guys somehow get him to go, please, make sure he has a good experience. But, don't hold your breath; I'm sure the volume of emails he gets boggles the mind.

I also imagine he gets at least a few hundred "be a voice for my pet cause" emails a day, so if you do take him, please don't turn it into a "you're famous, write about this and this for us" hijack like others are suggesting, or imply such in your invitation emails.

Let the guy enbjoy an afternoon at the range and form his own conclusions (if he hasn't already) about guns/RKBA/2A/whatever.
