Magazine removal from Stevens 200

I am replacing the tupperware stock on my Stevens 200 with a Bell & Carlson stock.
How do I get the magazine out of the Stevens stock? It feels loose but it doesn't come out when I give it a good pull up. I don't see what is holding it in place. Any help would be appreciated.

I just bought one of those. Mine is a "centerfeed" which means the magazine is integral to the stock. You can buy the Savage parts to make a conventional magazine, or even a removable box mag.
