Put short and sweet, can I make 'em or will I have to buy? I have access to a bridgeport mill. I would think that would be too much machine for such a small project.

If I have to buy where can I get some? I want about 25 MOA of drop.

I have a Rem 700P LA .300 win mag with Warne 2 piece steel mounts and Leuopld rings with an IOR 10x56.

soda cans...

they can be cut and shaped any way u like. I don't know how thick u need though. If u need thicker piece u might want to sand the penny flat and use it as fit. It wil only set u back 1 cent.

20 MOA canted base all the way. Too much stress on your scope if the rings aren't lined up precisely.

Jim W, I'm not familiar with Farrells. Badgers on my 700. Got a link to more information?
