"A .357 Magnum Glock revolver is a rare and valueable item."

Yeah, it's pretty much my favorite weapon, made for its skills and magic.

Quite possibly the funniest post ever.

If I had only had one of these revolvers back in '82 everything would of been different.

On a somewhat more serious note ...

While the reporter clearly got some of the details wrong, this reminds me of a supposedly true story.

I heard this from a small town LEO. Many moons ago I worked 3rd shift as a rent-a-cop at a chemical plant. The local small town LEO's would stop by to use the restroom, have some coffee, and chat.

Anyway, according to this LEO, there was a new cop in a nearby small town who let his authority go to his head. He routinely was very verbally abusive and made derogitory statements to the people he was ticketing / investigating / arresting. He was hated far and near and had been diciplined by his department on more than one occasion. One night he stopped a Good Ole' Boy / Vietnam Vet for a traffic violation / suspected DUI and begin insulting him about the things that went on in Vietnam. The vet promply began to beat the snot out of him. The vet disarmed him and tossed his gun away and eventually beat the officer into intensive care.

My long winded point is that maybe these guys, from the original post, didn't want to kill the guy. They may have just wanted to teach him a lesson and make sure that he didn't kill them.

:scrutiny:

I bet it was a new Glock prototype....

Smith and Wesson didn't want the competition and ganked it :uhoh: ...
The ,"Leave it by a bridge" comment, was only to make they Glock worker feel worse  :)

PS I must be a Glockie 'cause after my initial, "Glock don't make no revolvers " moment, I got excited that maybe they had started ;) :( ...
