not long after issuing statement saying how much they did not like the safe act pro 2nd amendment NY state police arrested greg dean for 9 bullets in mag.columbia cty DA Paul Czajka refused to prosecute dean for the violation . cuomos office sent a statement to DA's office condemning decision. sorry I do not know how to put article here but easy to google
