I just bought a Marlin 795 about a week ago and it is my first rifle of both Marlin manufacture and of the rimfire variety. I read my manual and noticed that it was one of those generic manuals meant for a variety of different models and said nothing about the sights.

My question is what are the increments on this rifle's rear sight? Is it 25, 50, 75, and 100 yards? Is it 50, 100, 150, and 200 yards?

no, you cannot say that at all, there are generally too many steps, this is the step ladder type we are talking about , right? Also , if you use diff speed ammo, you will have to adjust your ladder, since the slowest of lr's is about 1000 fps, and the fastest is the Interceptor's, which is a full fat 40 grain bullet going almost 1500 fps, in a regular sized case, not a stinger case!!!
