I have a recently purchased Marlin Model 17V. I am having problems with extracting rounds. The extractor seems to be too long and does not grab the rim of the shell being extracted. Ussually it grabs the shell and if no magazine is inserted it falls out through the magazine hole. Has anyone else noticed this problem? Should I contact the company or can anyone reccomend a simpe fix? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
