Marlin Model 60W?

Hi, I recieved a Marlin from a family friend. The barrel is stamped Model 60W. It has a walnut stock, gold trigger, and brass medallion. Does anyone know the rarity or value of one? thanks!

I've seen a lot of Model 60s, but never one with a gold trigger or brass medallion. Maybe some sort of anniversary edition or something similar.

I have the same one.Not really a rare piece but I think one of the nicer looking 60 editions out there. Mine has the gold trigger as well. Bought it new around 1994.

It does say that on
the medallion and I think mines about that age. Are these very valueable?

Our local Dunhams sell "exclusive" model 60's with medallions in the stock. I'm not sure what the medallion looks like though. My model 60 basic wood/blued version also has a gold trigger, I believe mine is an early '90s model.
