DPMS Upper. Riles front sight with elevation adjustment, .5 diopter and variable aperture. White Oak forearm and handstop. Centra rear sight with variable aperture. The sights cost as much as the rest of the upper.
Rock River lower with two-stage trigger. Douglas barrel with 1/7.7 twist.
I'd like to leave the wood stock, but I'm going to have to go with an A2 stock so I can put the lead weight in it. It doesn't balance out standing without that counterbalance to the barrel heft.
Considering pulling off the sights and scoping this to shoot a deer this weekend.....I'd have one of the very few match rifles that had shot something besides paper. I've got a Leupold 4-12 with quick release mounts on it.
