In your opening post, you mentioned: not accurate, action not smooth and failure to eject. If you mentioned in a later post that all that cleared up after buying quality ammo, I missed it. If all is good now, I'm glad to hear it. I have 4 military mausers dating from 1891 to 1924, and they are all accurate and function very well. I hope now that you've sorted it out, you enjoy shooting it as much as I do mine. Merry Christmas!
