we went to the gun store checking out what's new, i did purchase some stripper clips for an sks and a couple of ar15 mags, nothing really in particular... i was actually looking for an sks but stumbled upon a pretty nice shape mosin. haven't seen one this clean in a while. all serial number match on the gun and it's a hex receiver. i don't know much about mosins either but came to love it over time. my dream gun is actually a real ex-sniper 91/30. well it's $129 but i wasn't able to get much inspection because we had to go pick someone up. what should i look for? i'll have to go back the next couple of days and check it out again...

the hex receievers are getting quite rare, 129 is a good buy on them considering that that's the average price on the century arms junkers that you find in every pawn shop, LGS and chain store.
PUs have seemed to have flooded the market recently. they are still way more than what I want to spend on any mosin nagant design however but places such as kentucky guns and AIM Surplus both got a large number of them in over the summer.
