MBC bullet delivery

i ordered 2000 bullets of 200 gr swc hitek coated and 1000 bullets of 230gr rn hitek on March 8. i took delivery today of the 2000 200 gr swc(5/10/21). the 1000 230 gr rn hitek will be shipped once available. last time they split my 9 mm order the remainder was shipped the same week

MBC like others are just backlogged but very much in business.

should get it in their stated 8-12 weeks or at least a partial shipment of quite a bit of it. None of this 4 months and counting from other vendors...

It looks like they have significantly reduced the amount of bullet types they're offering.
They have standard stuff you can still order.

I have been very pleased with their bullets.
If I didn't cast, they would be my main source for sure.

yeah they cut back on their offerings for now limiting it to the most common ones for now. i think that would be the way to go if I had the same business with all this backlog. i doubt you could special order some differently sized bullets but I don't know for sure. for my 44 mags i order 0.432 sized bullets. the only 357 mag they have that i like is a 358 gr swc at this time.

If they're shipping in two months, I need to order some. I'd do more shooting if I knew I could replace them, even if it takes a while.

Mbc is a great company.
I ordered 500 405 gr. .459" bullets April 14, I was notified yesterday that they shipped. They warn 16 weeks or so, mine are on the way in 4. My favorite bullet company, nice people and great bullets.

When reloading gets back to normal availability, it will be interesting to see what happens in the bullet world. I think MBC will have a lot more business customers than the standard bullet makers

they just sent an email yesterday ,thursday, that they shipped the last 1000 230 gr Rn bullets. it hasn't arrived yet but i suspect it will be here Sat or Monday.

I only Use MBC for my cast bullets. And I only use RMR for my plated bullets. When you find good honest suppliers you tend to stick with 'em.

Both rmr and mbc orders i placed in January showed up a couple weeks ago. Looks like they are getting caught up a bit. Kinda disappointing they charged the second the order was placed but they told me that so I put faith in both.
