Michigan: Calls to the Gov. Needed for Dove Bill

We could use some help on the Dove Hunting issue in calling Governor Granholm's office. We've worked hard on this. The out-of-state anti-hunters are working against us. We can't let them prevail. Time is very short. Please call immediately!

After you have called, please try and get your family members to call also. And please spread the word to fellow shooters and hunters and get them to do likewise.

I seem to have missed this... You might want to post some specifics on the bill before people start calling, we don't want to sound uninformed. Please post the text of the bill or a link to it on the web.

Good point..I assumed most folks knew.

The Dove Hunting bill was passed this year..it's sitting on the Governor's desk. Our governor is waffling on it. She has some history as an anti-gunner, but has realized *gasp* gunnies vote, so now she's between a rock and a hard place with this one. The other side is hammering her with contacts against the bill, so we need some folks to call and write in support of it.
