He DID almost kill several people. I am sorry to hear that firearms safety is not important in your neck of the woods. I sincerely hope you do not own any firearms. Your attitude is not helping our cause.

It looks like the "obligatory" celebratory gunfire at an Arab wedding in Saudi or Kuwait but done by an incompetent. I've been in Kuwait during "wedding season" and the short bursts from a single AK are heard at weddings around the outskirts of Kuwait City. Most of the time no one is hurt. This time "Uncle" almost killed family and guests mishandling the weapon.

The value of such videos is to illustrate that incompetent gun can handling can happen anywhere and everywhere.

Actually, he did. Look at the muzzle flash, he almost pointed the gun at their head. (While firing it.) If they hadn't ducked, some of them might have died.

You might want to notice that the pistol grip came off of the gun while he was firing. Always function/safety check before shooting.

The PM has put a legal halt to celebratory gun fire during weddings in Iraq. There was too much confusion when the family would just start firing AKs in the air without warning. These days firing in the air will likely result in a Company of Iraqi Army soldiers showing up and confiscating your AK or at least giving you a good stern talking to. If the wedding party is drunk ugly things can happen.
