Partial to both

I order from both and have found that Midway usually has the better price but Brownells has the had to find items.

Don't overlook Grafs.....in my experience they'll beat out Midway nearly every time.

In terms of tools and specialty items Brownell's is about the only way to go, but you pay for it.

i have dealer accounts at both so whoever is cheaper if they both have it or just whoever has it. I also look at grafs, natchez,

Depends On what I am buying. Sometimes I buy from Mid South, Natchez, MidwayUSA or If I need it now i bite the bullet and drive to Gander Mtn.

I've had first-rate customer service from both Brownell's and Midway. Most recent order went to Midway; one item on that order was backordered and shipping charges for it were eye-opening. Taught me a lesson--cancel stuff on backorder and move it to wish list until Midway has it in stock or look for another vendor.

Both+Graf+ Sinclair which is now owned by Brownells+about twenty other places for really specialized stuff.

#1 Graf's primarily because they carry more for the Swiss rifles, ammo, accessories.
#2 Brownells
#3 Mid South
#4 Natchez
#5 Midway

I use midway more, the great thing about them is,where I'm at stuf I order today gets here tomorrow.

Both Midway and Brownells do the Dealer Pricing on C&R FFL's. I have saved hundreds using them. Natchez is a no go with C&R. Grafs will honor C&R but for some reason is having a terrible time setting up my account, so I don't use them.

Brownell's by a slight margin. Have been ordering from them for at least 30 years, maybe more--never a bad transaction, even when the mistake was on my end. They just took that particular item back, no questions. Once they just said keep it and credited my card for that amount. Once in a while I check with the tech rep on something, too.

Frankly I use Brownell's as a yardstick of how a company should treat its customers. We need lots more like them.

On the more common stuff I give Midway a shot at it--but whoever gives me the best deal (and best service) gets my $.
