I was traveling a couple of weeks ago, and dropped in at Midway to see if I could pick up some powder, and/or primers.
The order taker said that all their phone lines were tied up to the point that a PICK-UP order would be 3-4 WEEKS out, and they would "E" mail me when to drive 500 miles to pick it up. But they had a couple of computers set up so I could place my order, if I wanted to wait.
This is only the beginning. The way to control the masses is to create a new class of criminals (us). Then they (government) can arrest you whenever it pleases them. Check out what happened in New York yesterday. They created over a million criminals with the stroke of a pen.

The Walmart ammo thing is untrue - turned out to be an internet hoax.
