I recently made a purchase of rifle and handgun parts from M*CARBO and figured I would share that experience. For those that do not know M*CARBO stands for Military Carbine Brotherhood. They are a firearms accessories company that make quality parts for many different makes of firearms and they are veteran owned and operated.

I first came across their site when looking for a better trigger for a Savage Model 64, something I never expected to actually find but they have one. With the recent purchase of a Kel-Tec PMR-30, and the fact that I already had a CMR-30, I decided to order some parts.

I ordered a .22 caliber bore snake, savage Model 64 trigger and trigger spring set, an M*CARBO mag loader for the Kel-Tecs and a set of adhesive rubber grips for the Kel-Tecs as well.

I placed this order on Jan 22nd, knowing full well that due to current circumstances in this crazy world shipping may be delayed. However, after nearly a month after paying for the parts had heard nothing.

I sent an email to customer service on a Saturday or Sunday enquiring about the status of my order and asking why no one had contacted me about it and its delay. First thing Monday morning I received a very nice mail from a very nice lady not only explaining how busy they have been and that the reason my order had not been shipped was because they did not have the Savage triggers in stock and that is what was holding up my order. She also told me that there was no excuse for the fact that no one had called me and explained what was going on. She told me that they would immediately split the order and ship what they did have of my order and then send the trigger when it was available.

M*CARBO sent my small package of stuff 2nd day air at a cost of $20 to themselves and I do not believe they charged me any shipping cost whatsoever! They kept me up to date with what was going on, including giving me tracking numbers. They also sent another email telling me that the stuff was shipped and to let them know if there were any other issues. I also received what is a probably an automatic email from the CEO thanking me for my order and letting me know it is on the way.

Most times when you buy accessories from somewhere, you have to scour the interwebs for info on exactly how to install them. In the case of M*CARBO, they next sent me an email with links to their instructional videos and suggesting that I watch the necessary videos through at least once before attempting to install my new parts.

I have not been able to use the magazine loader yet but I did install the adhesive grips on both the Kel-Tecs. These grips fit absolutely perfectly and are apparently made to M*CARBOS own specifications. They take a bit to install but are of excellent quality and make all the difference in the world with regard to having a comfortable solid grip. They feel amazing. I should also mention that their grips have a lifetime 50% wear and tear replacement guarantee. If they ever wear out you can get another one for half off. No one else I am aware of offers that.

Another interesting little surprise is that the folded cardboard things on the small parts packages fold open to be really nice little targets!

Lastly, I have gotten follow up emails from them asking if I received my order and making sure it was correct. They also say that if the tracking info says that your order is in transit but hasn't shown up within 10 shipping days from the ship date, they will happily resend the order immediately! They only ask that if the original order shows up to put "Return to Sender" on it and send it back.

I have never dealt with a company so in tune with the idea of serving their customer as best as absolutely possible. If you are bored, I highly suggest perusing what this company has available. They seem to have a little bit of everything for many different guns. I have heard very good things about their Glock springs, among other things. I highly recommend buying from this great company and I will be purchasing more from them in the near future.

I really like Mcarbo. I have ordered parts for my Ruger PC Carbine - recoil buffer, metal recoil spring retainer, Atlas muzzle brake, and trigger housing pins (that don’t fall out). They have a variety of parts for a variety of guns. I am going to order their S&W J frame trigger and hammer spring kit as well as a PC Carbine extended mag release and bolt handle.
I saw a problem with one of their instructional videos and let them know. They were very appreciative of my input.
Nice bunch of folks there.

Just like Pat Riot, I've bought several items from Mcarbo for my PC Carbine. Quick delivery times and simple installs.

I bought a few parts for my Sub2K from them, fast shipping, great technical support, great customer service. Those guys are alright in my book.

I have bought many Sub2k parts from them. They are solid and have never let me down. Probably about 6 or so orders. So many Sub2k parts from them that my Keltec Sub2k is almost a MCarbo Sub2k. :)

Only words of praise from my experience with them. Ordered their trigger kit for the savage axis and it worked wonderfully. I also enjoyed the little target provided on the back of the packaging. Turns would be trash into something useful. Shame you had what issues you did but every company makes mistakes but it’s how they respond to them that make all the difference. I’d gladly order again. I also found the installation instructions for my part being emailed to me automatically was a very nice touch. Seems like they take customer service quite seriously.

I've bought upgrade kits for several guns from them. The quality of the parts I received were excellent and fit correctly without modification. The customer service is second to none and the price is fair. Even though I am a gunsmith, I love the videos that the President puts out to help those with less experience. On a scale of 1 - 10 I would give them a 15. Keep it up M*Carbo.

Thanks for sharing, I've had great dealing with them.

Anyone can mess up. How they handle it moving forward often tells you the true character of the company/organization.

Happy to hear that they are consistently excellent in their interactions. I received the last part of my order today. I can't wait to see how much of a difference the trigger for the Savage makes.
