I am loading for a Garand and was wondering how the Mil Surp powders would compare against the new mfgd IMR 4895

I haven't bought milsurp powder from Widners, but I wouldn't be afraid to use it. Use data fro current production IMR4895 and start with Starting Loads and work up carefully, just like you would with any powder.
