Millett scope fail?

I got a rifle with one on it, doesnt say much on it other than Buck and Millett, its a 4-12... anyway, sighting in my rifle today, and after a few shots, it went blurry, ever had this happen? First for me, anyone know if they have any sort of warranty or should I just throw it away?

Several years back I had one of their "Gold" series that had a focus issue on the AO. They made every attempt to right it and when they coulden't they replaced it with a upgrade........free. Great service dept. at that time, I can't imagine they've changed......give them a call, they are a reputable co.

Well, called them on the phone, said only 2year warranty, I think this scope is over that, plus they want you to send a check to them for shipping... I will never own another millett.

Just ordered a Leupold VX-3L

report, I sent the scope in to them for fun to see what would happen, got a new bushnell trophy XLT 4-12x40 in the mail today, it even came with butler creek flip up scope covers! under warranty! wow!

I am impressed, now to find something to put it on, thats a good reason to buy another rifle, right?
