In the last week or so it seems like midwayusa got rid of it's ammo cost per round on the page showing all ammo. It used to have cost per round under each picture of ammo along with price. Now that is gone and you have to click on individual ammo to bring it up and then it shows cost per round. Not a huge deal but I liked it to quickly look at cost per round of various ammo.

Is it just my tablet doing this, I haven't looked on a desktop.

Yes, chatted with midway and they said they removed it. I told em it was nice for say 22 or to look at all what's available and quickly see price per round.

Marketing. They want you to go the extra distance by clicking on an individual item's page. The longer they keep you online, the better the chance you will buy something. Remember the old adage, "Well, as long as we're here........"?

Was way easier to just look than figure. 22 easy as I use 10 cents a round is too much. Rifle and shotgun rounds were more important to me.

Took 5 minutes to get an answer on the chat so took no time.

You can still sort by cost per unit on the list. That always works for me. It’s not that hard to divide cost by number of units.

Thx for all the replies. If I get a response I'll post but my question is answered. Mods feel free to close.

guess I am just old. used to go to Academy and buy Champion .22 brick for $5.50 and get 2 as long as I was there. of course that was before barack the destroyer was immaculated. times change and not mostly for the better. oh well, my gripping won't change anything.

Idk. If a bunch of people say "hey, I used that" then maybe they put it back. I mean it's not like it takes effort. It's an automated thing. Lol. I dont order a ton from midway but I do order a good bit. Fine place to do buisness with. Losing the price per round won't change my shopping by any means...but it was convenient

They also do not allow you to use the $50 free shipping code on ammo. I needed some shell holders and ML bullets and was $11 away from the $50 mark. I tried adding Ely Club and it said it was not allowed to be used with the free ship code. I tried adding a single box of shotgun shells and the same thing. It allowed it a year ago but it seems like since Larry left there has been some bad changes.
