I ordered January 15th. Mine shipped today. So I imagine I will have them by Thursday or Friday. 8-9 days, it's not bad considering the website said to allow 2 weeks for shipping.

So I would definitely think something is wrong with your order if you haven't heard anything. Unless, of course, you ordered something custom or a huge quantity.
