MMAG status?

Wow, $995?!?!? I didn't realize you could get into a .50 that inexpensively. Even with the lower it's still only ~$1200.

Are there any even cheaper?

It's the cheapest one going, as far as I can tell. Also, if it was designed by Serbu, that's a big plus.

Only problem, no one seems to know if it actually exists or not. Guess I could always give them a call...

Hey my UltraMag 50 is only something like 15-17 pounds and it is pretty manageable. The maker even posted a pic of his daughter or some 110 pound girl shooting it. If you can't handle that. Eat more wheaties.

There is even a UltraLight 50 the is supposed to be even lighter.

The MMAG is the cheapest good alternative out there for 50's.

But don't buy it. It often leads to an 50 cal addiction.

Ask me how I know

50 Freak

humm
50 upper $995
bi pod $120
stock w/pad $95
ar rcv w/guts $150
scope can handle it $400 (roughly for entry)

total $1760

price of a ar 50 at cabelas $2700 + scope =$3100

that leaves $1340 for ammo

at $2 a shot that is 670 rounds ( I know its cheaper to reload but)

my shoulder hurts just thinking about it.

what is the latest on the 50 cal ban in Kali?

The MMAG has been floating around for a couple years now, I wouldn't keep my hopes up on it. I would get an UltraMag, ALS or Ferret50 before I would wait around for the MMAG.

If crack were made out of steel, this is what it would look like:
