I'm wanting to get a holster for my Vaquero Bisley and have narrowed the chioces down to two. They are the Ted Blocker CC1 (the one designed by Bill Grover) and the Mernickle PSA6SA ( Highriding CCW holster for single actions. So, has anyone had any experience with these two holsters? And which one woulkd be best suited for daily carry and use?

Blocker is good stuff, but I have only handled 1 holster that he made...nice work and would work fine for what ya want ...

HOWEVER...

Mernickle is with out peer at what he does...I would carry any of his products into harms way with out a second thought...

just my .02 peso's

I got one of the Mernickle PSA6SA holsters this summer. This could well be the best piece of leather I have ever bought. I find myself practicing a lot with my Bisley Vaquero .45 Colt these days, and I have been carrying the dang thing under open shirt in the Mernickle holster. Seem to work well for me. I can get it out, and into acton in seconds.

I also have a Mernickle PSA6SA holster, and cannot say enough good about it. I regularly carry a Vaquero, and it is held high and tight.

Hopefully, I will post these photos of a Thad Rybka holster for my Bisley OK.
