Moly Handgun Powders

I am going to try out some moly coated bullets in 40 S&W (180gr RN Billy Bullets), .38spl + 9MM (135GR .356 Bayou Bullets) and .45ACP (230GR Bayou bullets). In 9MM one of the guns I will be using is a Glock 17 with stock barrel. What powders are least likley to cause fouling?
If I were to experience fouling what is the best stuff to clean it with?

The moly bullet makers suggest using powders that do not burn as hot. One bullet maker specifically mentions Titegroup as being too hot.

In general the high nitro content powders are hotter than the low nitro powders, and, of course, single base powders with no nitro content are cooling burning.

... and therefore, since Accurate has discontinued the Solo series, Vihtavuori powders will be the "least likley".

I have shot several different moly-coated bullets using W231 with good results (lead load data 5% less max).

What I found that is more pertinent is that moly-coated bullets require a bit more flaring so that none of the moly-coating get rubbed/shaved off the side as the bullet is seated. Too tight of flare, all the moly coating will be rubbed off and you now have a bare lead bullet in the case that will fully contact the rifling when fired (if lead core is soft, your will have leading).

Also, be sure that you place the bullet flat because tilted bullets are more likely to be slivered by the neck of the brass and now you have an exposed lead area in the case that will contact the rifling when fired.

Moly bullets come tumbled or baked. Some vendors only tumble coat the moly on the lead bullets which provides the least amount of coating and this rubs/shaves off more easily. Other vendors like Precision Bullets of Texas bake the moly coating on which results in much harder finish on the bullet (on their website, they melt the bullet and the outer moly coating remains intact): http://www.precisionbullets.com/products.html

If you utilize the above recommendations, powder selection may be less critical. The key is reloading so that the moly coating remains intact enough to engage the rifling instead of lead.
