Mosin 91/30 Question

I picked up a couple of Mosin's from R-Guns. I am in the grease removal process and want to remove the bolt. Problem is I can't find a bolt release on the things. Any info would be mucho appreciated.

Open the bolt, pull the trigger, and slide the bolt back. What years are they?

Remember that's OPEN the bolt first ;-)

I always thought that all bolts(on bolt guns) just used the trigger as a release.

They are both 1942 Tula's. I paid the extra 10 buck for hand select and I think it was worth it as both rifles are in excellent condition. My only other bolt action is a Mauser and it has a lever on the reciever to release the bolt.
