I was wonder if anyone has compared the Type 53 chinese Mosin Nagant sight to the other variations thereof? I.e. 91/30, m44, m38 ect. which one does it most closely match if any? I am looking to get a muzzle brake for my t53 to both reduce recoil and to keep people from wanting to stand near me while I am shooting. But so far the only MBs I have seen are designed for the base 91/30 or the m44 or require barrel threading.

To answer the question that was asked.
The Chinese M-53 and the Russian M-44 use a Similar front sight and folding bayonet set up, as is the Polish Circle 11
It is a Larger Hooded Post front sight than the one on the 91/30
The 1891 uses a Barlycorn style front sight, and the 91/30 uses a Hooded Post front sight and the 1910 uses an unprotected blade like the 1891 and the M-38 uses a hooded post similar to the 91/30

The Bayonet attachment on the 1891 and the 91/30 are similar, but the 1910 and M-38 were not made for Bayonets
