Mossberg 500 Cartridge Stop/Interrupter Issue?

I picked up a used, clean Mossberg 500 several days ago, configured the way I want it for, with a Knoxx adjustable stock, and matching fore-end, for $175...I seem to be having an issue with the magazine occasionally "dropping" loaded-cartridges, from the mag-tube, while loading...It happens on an intermittent basis, only....'Racked fast...'Racked slowly...'Doesn't make any difference...I've only been able to try it with "A-Zoom" dummy-rounds, and not live-ammo...'Those dummy-rounds are "slick" with with a minimal engagement on the cartridge stop, so this issue may be unique to those dummy-rounds, only.....'Don't know yet....I know this issue "can" occur with Mossberg....'Anyone else ever have this issue?

Yes- I had my gunsmith do a quick polish on my 500's interrupter and now it releases just fine.

I had that with a brand new one once while shooting sporting clays. I backed off the magazine tube and screwed it in tight with blue loc-tite and it didn't reoccur.
