Mossberg 590 Question - Need pics please

So I completely disassembled my 590 yesterday for a long overdue detail cleaning. Took the trigger assembly apart and dug up the manual when time came to put it all back together. The folks at Mossberg don't deign to put a diagram of the trigger group in the manual, saying it's reserved for gunsmiths :banghead:

Anyway, Can someone help me out and snap a couple pictures of their trigger group from different angles so I can reassemble this thing? Thanks in advance!

EDIT
OK, I have it pretty much figured out except for a couple spring placements. Lesson to self - take pictures before you disassemble stuff! Anyway, a couple shots of the funky coil spring placements would have me back in business. :D

Ouch.

Good idea to RTFM first (that's "read that fine manual" of course) before attempting to disassemble any firearm. And if it says to leave certain parts to a 'smith, best do it that way. Trigger groups can almost always be adequately cleaned using Gun Scrubber or an equivalent product, without detail stripping. And if such disassembly IS ever necessary (to replace broken parts etc.) it really is best left to a pro.

Sorry I don't have a 590 to supply pictures of for you, if the 500 trigger group is similar enough it is covered in _The Gun Digest Book Of Firearms Assembly/Disassembly, Part V: Shotguns_. But my suggestion at this point is that you get a smith to do the reassembly for you. It could be that some parts were altered or damaged in disassembly or that critical fire control components might be reinstalled incorrectly, leading to an unsafe firearm.

Field stripping is DIY, anything beyond that really isn't...

Stay safe,

Hi Lee,

Thanks for the input; guess I'll resist my cleaning urges when it comes to rifle / shotty trigger groups in the future. I fully strip and detail clean all my pistols on a regular basis...doubt I damaged anything with this group, and a quick function check will let me know anyhow.

Not sure if the 500 trigger groups is the same. Anyone who is able to take a pic for me will earn my undying gratitude!!!

Try:

Numrich has the exploded diagram of a 500, I would imagine the 590's trigger group is the same.

My 500 has been underwater, in the mud and god knows where else. Never had the urge to disassemble the trigger group. Normally a couple of squirts from the ol' can of compressed air, (after drying out) is all it's needed to blow out the cobwebs and dust.
