Mossberg Magazine Tube thread?

Does anyone know what the diameter and pitch is on the mossberg 500 Magazine tube?

I don't have a pitch gauge or micrometer.

I'm looking for both the inside and outside threads.

Thanks.

what exactly are you asking? the magazine tube thread specs? i think the word buffer tube is throwing people off.

the pitch as far as i can measure on the reciever end is a 12 tpi but its a squared off thread. the peaks and valleys are all block like right angles. flat valley floors and flat plateau threads with right angle walls. i cant find the correct name for this kind of thread but i saw a tem called vice thread and this is like the threads on a vice. the diameter of the tube at the bottom of the valleys is .95 inch and the diameter with the height of the threads is .98 inch. so i assume the tread depth is .015

all measurements were taken my me, and im only semi competent with a measuring tool.

Thank you, I understand that the title still contains 'Buffer Tube' when I ment to say 'Mag Tube' but I haven't been able to edit it.

I also needed the measurements of the end that attaches to the barrel, (the female threads)

Thanks
