Mossburg 146B sights - need to replace - Where do I get them?

I was given a Mossberg .22 bolt action that has broken front and rear sights. They are secured by one screw for front sight and two screws for rear sight.

I am interested in putting a peep sight on it, but I still need a front sight.

Any ideas, I have not found anything so far online.
