Most accurate gun I have ever shot! This makes me look GOOD.

I have three, actually. The first two are no surprises:

- CZ 85 - point, shoot, hole right THERE where I wanted it.
- Smith Model 15 (yeah, revolver)

Surprise of surprises, my new Ruger SR9c will shoot right with the CZ.

Sadly, I'm no where near that good with my 1911s....but I hope to get there someday!

My most accurate handgun is a Browning P-35 High Power 9 MM
with a 1 1/2 # trigger.------------------:D

My HK USP Elite delivered this five shot group. The 6" barreled guns can do pretty well.
This pistol has a very sweet SA trigger with an incredibly short reset.

what distance was that from?

Only 75 yards, and it would have been better but it was in a snow storm... up hill and I had a migraine.
;)

Actually, I only ever target shoot at either 12 or 25 yards. I don't remember, but I'd guess it was from 12 yards, as my eyes aren't good enough to do that well very often at 25 yards. I kept the target and took the picture because it was an extraordinary performance on my part. I am a very average shot usually.

The USP Elite is a very consistent, accurate pistol. I can't shoot that well with any other gun I own other than a .22 target pistol.

Well a huge congrats to you. Some excellent work there sir.

75 yards, uphill hahahaha... Totally snow blinded

To the OP,

That is some nice shooting! Congrats on finding the gun that works for you.

My most accurate gun (in my hands): 4" S&W Model 28-2 Highway Patrolman, .357 Magnum.

The group below was done at 25 yards, double action 2 hand hold unsupported. 1 shot every 5 to 7 seconds. 158 grain RNL and 4.0 grains W231. I consider myself a slighly above average shot, but this gun makes it look like I know what I'm doing - gotta love that  .

3" overall grouping. I did adjust my grip after the first two shots that hit high. The final 4 shots landed into a 1.25" grouping. Yep, it's a keeper. Despite it's size, I carry it as often as possible, simply because it works too well for me not to.

nice groups, im a big 1911 fanboy too... just picked up an early combat elite a few months ago

was that trojan recently funded?

hahahaha... nope, not by your purchase anyhow :) that is in the shape of a Fusion that will be in my possession within the week LOL.

I bought the Trojan about a month ago but then lost my vision due to a brain tumor that i just had removed. I just got my sight back and got the A-OK from the doc to go shooting again.

wow, the tumor sucks, hope its not life threatening!

i think you will be happy with the fusion, i built a 1911 when they first started up and used their small parts, colt slide and barrel with essex frame- three years and thousands of rounds later it is still flawless

Thanks.

The tumor is good i think... i go for my first round of follow up MRI's next week to make sure its all gone. Its non cancerous and the pressure it put on my optic nerve literally made me blind... thats a scary feeling i tell ya.

hopefully its all behind me now. I had the surgery march 18th, im just now starting to feel OK.

The Fusion is my gift to me for being awesome i guess... hahahaha.... i told my fiancee that and she hit me in the arm

JOe

The STI Trojan is not available in Calif. :banghead::cuss::fire::barf::mad::(:uhoh::eek:

AND glad to hear the tumor turned out to be nonmalignant. Phew!!!

Ive shot 1911s: Colts, Dan Wessons, Kimbers, etc... they all shot very well. However, the first time I shot a loaned Smith and Wesson M52-2 I put all three shots in the same hole. I thought I had completely missed the target but I hadn't. The guy that let me shoot it actually ended up trading me the M52 for just my CZ 75SA. I liked the 75SA but I absolutely love my Smith M52.
