Most popular police issue Glock model

I carry the G19. Big enough to get the job done and shoot easily, yet small enough to conceal carry. I installed the NY1 trigger spring in mine. For some reason, I shoot better with the heavier trigger than the stock trigger. IDK, maybe I'm just weird.

Glock 22 would be my guess. Most counties around here issue it.

I have started seeing some Glock 21's as well, but in way fewer numbers.

My guess would be the 22 and 17, respectively. Some departments (notably NYPD) authorize the G19 for usage by both plainclothes and uniformed officers.

Most likely a 9mm variant like the G17 and G19.


For the USA?
Most likely a .40 variant like the G22 and the G23.

My vote is the G22 as well.

The G31 is slowly becoming popular in some areas.
