Right, that's why Swiss schutzenhausen[sp?] serve alchohol. The Swiss regularly drink and shoot and yet they still somehow manage to avoid killing each other or themselves while doing so.

Perhaps a better way of stating it is irresponsibility plus two items which require responsible use is a bad mix.
