The smallest gun I will carry is my Glock 30 in .45acp or my Taurus .44 special snubbie. I have a Charter Arms .38 snubbie and a Beretta Bobcat n .22lr, but these are not carried as primary guns, only as backups.

Indeed yes, the NAA Mini trigger is rather like some of the real early guns - just a small slightly protruding lever.

Being SA only the apparent exposed nature of that is not a problem and is only functional when gun is cocked. Poundage is quite strong too so hard to touch it off casually.

I think,
How the heck do you pull the trigger on that Mini-Gun?

was refering to

SwissMiniGun, 2.34mm (.092 caliber) rimfire.

So what is the best (and affordable) mousegun semiauto? I wouldn't mind getting a 380.... I like the P3AT, but I hear it is a 50/50 chance of getting a lemon. I want something more predicatable.....

Lightspeed, If you haven't yet checked it out...

go to http://www.mouseguns.com/index.htm for a wealth of info on mouse guns.

My personal preference is a Seecamp. Solid stainless steel, very reliable, slick as a babies butt out of a holster. Hold one..you'll like it.:)

BTW, didn't you just get a P7? How do you like it?

Without checking - not even sure if Bobo has this on his chart - but for .380 I do recommend considering the Bersa Thunder - it is not small enough for some and is not as light but for good function and price at around $220 or so - great value IMO.

Kel-Tec has sold well over 100,000 P-3ATs and someone is telling you that 50,000 were defective! Common sense will tell you that no arms manufacture, with a life time warranty, could remain in business for over 10 years with even a 5% return rate, much less 50%. Now you may hear of more complaints about Kel-Tec pocket pistols than others but its because Kel-Tec sell more than all the others and likely more than all the others combined.

Nope, no mice here, just a bunch of rats.

Not actually true, Wilson. The latest year for US Manufacturers I can find is 2004. Here is several of them in order of quantity of center fire pistols made in that year.

1. HI-POINT 90870
2. S & W 77903
3. KEL-TEC 59815
4. BARETTA 57047
5. RUGER 53903
6. KIMBER 42277
7. SIG 36244
8. BRYCO 12127
9. NAA 2323
10. SEECAMP 1442

Probably a few surprises there and COBRA ENTERPRISES hasn't reported final figures for that year. The 1st 8 are in order, the last 2, I added because they are mousegun makers, so yes, you are partly right. KELTEC is the #1 maker of mousers.

Ok.. I’ll Play. I give thee Scylla and Charybdis

Scylla is a MK9 Elite 2K. Sadly, her Birdsong Slide had an issue and was replaced by an MK9 Elite 2k3 SS slide. I’m thinking if Bar-B-Q-afying it with some wood grips with Texas Quarters.

Charybdis is a Hard Chrome P-3AT with only one mag because everyone is out of them. :banghead:

P.S. If I ever find a PF-9 in Hard Chrome, I'll call it God-Scylla. *ducks*

Here's my P-3AT. Well, some of it's visible; not much, but it's all I've got so far...
