music and shooting?

Maybe i should get a Makarov and a Rage Against the Machine CD?
That way I could clean my Commie gun while listening to a Commie band!

I don't think I'd listen while shooting, though. Safety issue.

Someone could be trying to get your attention at the range,
and you would never be able to hear them...
untill they tap you on the shoulder, and startle the heck out of you
while you're pulling the trigger on a loaded gun.

Mentors & Elders mentored me to not be a programmed shooter.
Music, was part of these lessons.
So were sirens, horns, gun shots yelling, screaming, glass breaking, sheet metal of cars hitting one another , tires squealingand flashing lights and ...

Mentors shared it most likely would not be a nice 65* sunshine day, with soft grass, and all quiet and peaceful if matters become serious.

They were correct.

During Civil Unrests, with yelling , gun shots, firebombs, cars being overturned, glass breaking...

Firebombs being tossed toward a porch at night, and I was right there when Mentors like poetry in motion, felled these firebombs out of the air, before they could do harm and they fell in the roads.

Looters coming in after a Tornado, honking, bright lights, being flashed from low beam to high, yelling, cursing, and running at folks to scare them off...
Littler, 20 gauge stopped that threat, Bigger, riding in the bed of truck and shooting slugs, 30-30, or 1911s deterred too.

Ever had someone ramming your vehicle and shooting at you, with horn blaring?

BTDT and used cigarette butts for ear plugs.

Called Life, sometimes that means thinking out of the box and not being programmed.

Thanks Mentors,

Young'Un

I would

listen to Barbara Streisand, but the screaming gets annoying.

They turn it off and I stop screaming....
