I get the humor - "got patched balls?" refers to single shot BP pistol fodder and not revolver balls which aren't patched. And the Yahoo group is only for discussion of single shot BP pistols and not BP revolvers.
It's a play on the "Got milk?" advertising campaign which is placed on billboards all over with famous personalities or models having a pronounced milk moustache.

Thanks, Arcticap. Still a fledgling, but the forum has already acquired 34 photos of cap and flint muzzleloaders. Besides images of the sighted Pedersoli reproductions, there are some nice photos of the Feinwerkbau and Baumkircher Billinghursts, and a very rare Hege Manton. Also, the link count is 21 so far which include URLs for some fairly exotic pistols, stateside and overseas sources, and gun parts drawings. Yes, I am blatantly trying to entice you guys to checkout the forum.
