Back story. Due to confusion and haste, I broke my BXR's action / stock mounting threads. Bergara said they'd take a look and sent out a RA for repair. They could not say if it would be covered till, they got it in hand but that they could come up with something I could live with if not covered.
Well,
They called me back after getting it, to tell me the cond. it arrived in. (all good). From that date it was less than 3 weeks returned. They returned it to me with a new receiver, new mag, trigger group and bolt return spring / guide rod. The receiver was a free anodizing blemish. But I can't for the life of me see the blemish. So now I get to look forward to a new break-in period. (The fun part in my opinion) The new B. mag works great and drops freely. Regular BX1 mags are tight at the moment but both the rifle and mags eventually wear in together, so. All in all, I feel Bergara went out of their way and occurred quiet a loss to help me out without asking for anything. Thank you Bergara.
