My CZ Kadet launched it's firing pin!

Wow. Watching my friend shoot today, second shot the pin hit her in the chin after firing the round.

I did some reading up on the problem, a couple others have noted the retaining plate will move around under certain conditions.

I'll call CZ on monday, but anyone else experience this? I've put well over 2500 rounds through the adaptor with zero problems until today.

Not sure what that means, but the retaining plate simply fell down and the pin shot out the back.

The only thing I can figure is somehow the pin got stuck briefly (and after 500 rounds, doesn't suprise me) but for the plate to simply drop out disturbs me.
