Austin Pawn and Jewelry, This is the business I'm doing business with every chance I get.

Class, nothing but class. :)

"These guns are currently ON HOLD and will not be available for purchase."

^^ Good deal.

I sent you a PM earlier to get them paid and back to our Pard, so please let me/us know how to get that done. Nobody should need to lose his shootin-irons to stay healthy.

Huge amounts of Karma being beamed you from VAto tro

Respect and admiration to Troy and Austin Pawn, for your kindness

"I can't take the credit for this one!"

Willie 'Neither, sad to say. I was second to the draw. I sent Troy a note yesterday asking to pay for them to return them to our Pard. He replied that someone else wishin to remain anonomous had already beaten me with the offer. With all the guys wanting to help, it seems that we could share the costs but have been beaten to the punch. I replied to pass my info on to share costs with the other, without a reply yet.

This is why this forum is what I consider to be my THR Home. The other forums are just noise... this is where I come to find Pards.

I can say this, when I pass thru the corrall fence one last time, my better half has a list-o-Pards that she's going to contact for addresses before she starts sending out boxes of cap & ball revolvers to get them out of the house. I hope it'll be a long while yet, but a bunch of you are on my list. Most of my guns are going to go that way....

Let's hope we hear from our friend soon. He should be out and about and able to pound a keyboard before too long, mehopes.

Good job Mr. Sutton!!!! :)

Let me know how to proceed.

But I know one thing, what would one expect from Texas except a lot of class. :)

Nope, my effort was failure to be sure. I emailed, and the other guy called. I'm in the Bahamas and don't have good phone access, and the caller beat me to the punch. Good intentions don't mean squat, but our Pard looks like he's been well cared for. I'm glad for that.

Willie

Crawdaddy Pard, don't be buying a Centaure unless you want one sooner than Willie passes thru the gate.
There's a nice one here with your name on it already waitin' for ya when the time comes.

If you want to get him his guns back I have found most business will help you do what you want even long distance... credit cards

Elhombre said that he already tried to redeem them with a credit card and a phone call but couldn't. Someone must have went down there and put them on hold or the shop did it themselves.

Good news all around though.

Excellent news elhombreconnonombre!!!! And big round of well deserved applause for those involved in saving his guns!!
