My new acquisition

I live in one of those sellers markets so I figure $275 is a close to a bargin as get in this area. I know it is a some what older model because it has no lock and is chambered for 38 Special. Can some one please tell me around when it was made? The serial number starts BFY75XX.

You've got an old Model 60. I recall seeing those listed in the 1995 catalog. Others will have to give you a precise date, however, because I don't have a serial listing.

Your Model 60, was made in January of 1991. The serial number range began at BFW 3337 and ran to BFY 8122.
