My New S&W SW9VE

Wanted a 9mm range gun as I wanted to shoot something other than my CCW. Set a budget of $400. Picked up this NIB SW9VE today for $348 OTD (this includes taxes and fees).

If the weather behaves, hitting the range this weekend.

Wife has one and thinks it is great. Reliable and she enjoys the fit to her hand. She is quite accurate with it.

I tried... put a row of guns in front of her from many brands in the 5-800 range... she did what we should all expect a new gun buyer to do, chose her first gun on what felt best in hand.

At least the rest of the cash went to Ammo.

Heck of a dandy little gun. I put a few hundred rounds through mine, but ended up trading it to get another revolver. Enjoy it, and post up a range report post haste!

I have the 40VE myself. I have small hands and love the way it feels as well.
Mine will cycle anything I feed it except Monarch ammo. As long as I stay away from that, it's fine.
It's a bargain IMO.

ive had a 40ve for about 5 years now and its what is on my hip 95% of the time

40ve with over 2k rounds through it, it was on my hip 24/7 till i bought my tcp

I never had a problem with mine except that it kinda bit my hand, I slid a piece of bicycle tube over the grips and problem solved. I'd still have it but when they we're 289 someone offered me twice that price for it. SOLD!!!! I didn't know the price was gonna go up so much or i'd have another.

the sigma is a great gun! don't listen to the whiners who put it down! my sons& i love ours. we have two .40s & one 9. all are ccw guns.
