Hello, I am new here. I need some advice. I recently purchased a new Turkish made semi automatic from STAuction. The gun is 12 Ga. Semi-Auto Shotgun M3 Tactical Style New SKUS-FX4-12-01. I was disappointed when I took the gun to the range to find out that the gun does not cycle and gets jammed after the first round. I tried using both 23/4 and 3" shells and had same jamming issue. I put a shell in top chamber and 3-4 in second. The gun shoots the shell in the chamber and ejects properly. The the next shell however comes out from second chamber but the lever does not push up to the shooting chamber and is jammed there.
STAuction refused to repair the gun or reimburse me for a gunsmith. They said they do not take back guns that are shot (fired). Which is silly because that is how I found out the gun was defective. Is this something easy to fix by a gunsmith or will it cost alot. I am not comfortable taking the gun apart, which can make for a dangerous situation if I do not put together properly. Does any any one have any advice as to what to do. Thank you in advance.
