I was poking around a local sporting goods store and came across this little gem it the used shotgun rack. I am a sucker for a used 870, and with the English stock I couldn't pass it up.
The bluing is in pretty good shape and the stock is quite nice for it's age.
According to the Remington Society it's a Model 870 "Special Field" with a checkered, straight English-style stock and 21-inch ventilated rib barrel in full choke.
So far I'm loving it, it's quick, light and a joy to shoot.
